This payment reserves the right of the team to participate in the tournament, without hotel reservation.

BOOKING OF ACCOMMODATION BEFORE 1 APRIL 2025

This payment guarantees the reservation of hotel places in the chosen establishment (limited places).

To reserve accommodation, payment must be made before 1 April 2025. After this date, the organisation will not be able to guarantee accommodation in the hotel chosen by the team.

REGISTRATION FEE

To make the payment by bank transfer, you must use the following information:

  • AMOUNT: RESERVATION + ACCOMODATION CHOSEN
  • ACCOUNT NUMBER: CONSULT
  • SENDER: TEAM NAME

FORMALIZE THE REGISTRATION

The organization will send the proforma invoice with the data provided in this form to the email that is recorded.

The bill may vary up to two weeks before the start of the tournament if the number of people attending varies.

      settlement of THE REGISTRATION

      The remaining amount must be paid by May 1, 2025.

      Before June 1, 2025, the final version of the registration form must be reviewed, duly completed and with the distribution of the rooms.

      CHECKING

      Upon arrival of the teams to their hotel establishments it will be necessary to show the proforma invoice and all the proof of payment to be able to access.
