PAYMENT OF THE ACCOMMODATION RESERVATION BEFORE APRIL 1, 2023

This payment guarantees the reservation of hotel rooms in the establishment that you have chosen (Limited places).

To book accommodation, payment must be made before April 1, 2023. After this date, the organization will not be able to ensure accommodation in the hotel chosen by your team.

FORMALIZE THE REGISTRATION

The organization will send the proforma invoice with the data provided in this form to the email that is recorded.

The bill may vary up to two weeks before the start of the tournament if the number of people attending varies.

      settlement of THE REGISTRATION

      The remaining amount must be paid by May 1, 2023.

      Before June 1, 2023, the final version of the registration form must be reviewed, duly completed and with the distribution of the rooms.

      CHECKING

      Upon arrival of the teams to their hotel establishments it will be necessary to show the proforma invoice and all the proof of payment to be able to access.
